Delivery Ins & Outs

After your coffee leaves our roastery, it typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking number and notice that your order has been shipped. You will also be able to track your delivery via USPS or UPS based on your order location. Please note your order and shipping confirmations for more details. 

After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the attached invoice. If you see any errors on your order, please contact us immediately. 

After your order is processed, roasted, and prepped for shipping you will receive another automated email with your tracking information. We generally roast on Mondays and/or Tuesdays.

We are currently only shipping our coffee inside the US. If you are interested in purchasing our coffee, and are outside of the US, please contact us so we can explore options for delivery.

How to Store Coffee For Freshness

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place like your cupboard in the bag that it came in or an airtight container. Coffee HATES moisture, so we’d suggest not putting it in your fridge or freezer. This leads to condensation on your beans.

Brewing Guides

There are a few great ways to brew your coffee, depending on your preference. You can check out our brewing guides to learn more about the Kalita Wave, Espresso, French Press and Cold Brew methods to brew your perfect cup.

The pour over method allows you to control every aspect of the brew: time, grind size, water temperature, pouring technique, filter type. All of these play a roll in how your coffee tastes. Use the pour over method to dial into your flavor and enjoy the process of making a delicious cup of coffee.

Water is one of the most important aspects of your coffee’s flavor! Coffee is pretty much all water, so it would make sense that if your water tastes good, your coffee will taste good.

We prefer using filtered water, or bottled water. If you are brewing in a cafe or restaurant setting, then you may want to consider reverse osmosis system or at least a multi-stage filtration system.

We recommend only grinding your coffee per batch. Coffee oxidizes when it comes in contact with oxygen, and grinding it speeds up that process causing staling. Grinding your coffee fresh will ensure proper extraction and maximum flavor. The Roastery

We recommend placing your order by Monday at 10am to make sure your coffee is shipped that same week. Orders placed after this time may be pushed to the following week, unless we have excess coffee roasted and can fill your order.

We roast coffee each week on Monday and/or Tuesday. Please place your order by Monday at 10am Eastern Daylight Time to have your order roasted and delivered that same week.

Of course! You will have complete control over your subscriptions in the My Account area of our site. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Please note that all of our subscriptions are setup to auto-charge your card each time you are scheduled to receive your coffee. Your orders will continue only until you cancel, which you may do at any time.
